3. Workout why the Case Office decided to refuse your visa application by asking if the case officer made an error in the course of the assessment of your application, did the department ignore or misinterpret the rules set for the visa, and if there is any error in the law.
4. Prepare your arguments, reasons and evidence, and new information, and explain why these are relevant to your application. Make sure that all the facts are correct, and the laws are properly applied.
Whilst some applicants handle their own AAT Review application, it is highly recommended that a refused application be handled by a Registered Migration Agent or Lawyer.
